Training that ends with things running, not a morning of nodding.
Build working automations on your own actual work, plus the method to build the next one without me.
A free call, then three steps over two to three weeks
You build, I explain and unblock. Everything we make is yours.
A discovery call
Thirty minutes on where your time goes and what's worth handing to AI. I teach Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity, and I'll recommend whichever fits what you already use.
Getting ready
I adapt the tools I run my own business on to how you work. You do a short checklist, about an hour, so the workshop starts on your real work.
The workshop
On a video call, your hands on the keyboard. In two parts:
AI that knows you. We tailor your setup to your business and tools, so what it drafts sounds like you.
Your first workflow. We build a tool for a real problem of yours, and leave it running.
A follow-up session
A week or two later, once you've used it on real work. We fix what isn't quite right and start on the next thing.
Your own client space
Every team gets a private page with their proposal, pre-work, workshop material and follow-up in one place. It's built with the same AI systems I teach.
- Everything we make is yours
- Nothing sends on its own: AI drafts, you check, you send
- After that, book a working session whenever something new comes up
- We agree the shape and the price on the call

Why me, specifically
I've delivered results inside real companies: in one mid-size SaaS company, the automation I built saves the business 7,000 hours a year across customer service and support, and its product and engineering teams deliver measurably faster because of how they now work with AI.
I teach the method that did that, by getting your team to use it on their own work, in the room.
Questions teams actually ask
How long does it take?
A free 30-minute call first, then three steps over two to three weeks: about an hour of preparation, a hands-on workshop on a video call, and a follow-up session a week or two later.
Which AI tools do you teach?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity. I'll recommend whichever fits what you already use.
Is it online or in person?
The workshop runs on a video call, so it works wherever you are. I'm based in Witham, Essex, and work in person with businesses around Essex.
Do we need to be technical?
No. Your team builds on their own real work while I explain and unblock in plain English. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can do this.
How is this different from other AI training?
Most training ends with a page of notes. This ends with automations running on your team's real work, built with their own hands on the keyboard, and a follow-up session to fix what isn't quite right once you've used it.
What will we have at the end?
Working automations on your own work, which are yours to keep, plus the method to build the next one without me. Nothing sends on its own: AI drafts, you check, you send.
What does it cost?
We agree the shape and the price on the call, before anything starts.
