Custom builds

Get hours back every week without hiring anyone technical.

Somewhere in your business, someone spends hours a day on work a machine should be doing. I find it, automate it, and hand it over working. A fixed price agreed up front, and no jargon.

What I actually do

I sit with you and find the hours of mechanical work. Then I build a system that does it: reading the emails, filling the spreadsheet, drafting the quote, chasing the invoice, qualifying leads, researching companies. Your team checks and approves where it matters.

The maths is simple and I'll do it with you before we start: what does that time cost you in wages, and what would you do with it back? If the numbers don't clearly work, I'll tell you, and we won't do it.

Examples

The kind of things I build, and look after

A few examples of what I've built and keep running. Yours will be shaped around your business, but it usually starts somewhere like this.

Support automation

Automated drafting of support responses based on your systems, data or documentation.

Your tools talking to each other

Your CRM, HR system, project tracker and team chat passing information between them, so nobody types it twice.

Ask your numbers in plain English

Type a question about your sales or your reports and get an answer, without building a spreadsheet first.

Proposals from your notes

Branded proposals and client pages put together from your call notes, ready for you to check and send. I use this one myself.

Owning instead of renting

Paid software subscriptions replaced with a simpler system that does the same job and belongs to you.

Customised CRM solutions

Track everything you need to know about your customer in one place, tailored to exactly what you need, without additional subscriptions.

Whatever I build, I can look after afterwards: fixes, changes and the next automation.

How it works

Build it once, or keep me on

Retainer

Ongoing commitment from me to maintain and support what we've built.

  • Up to 8 hours of support per month
  • A direct line to me
  • Responses within 24 hours
  • Everything built stays yours, retainer or not

Questions owners actually ask

What does it cost?

A build is a fixed quote agreed before any work starts, priced against the time it saves you. If it won't clearly pay for itself, I'll say so and we won't do it. The free monthly session costs nothing and is a good place to start.

Who will I actually be dealing with?

Me. I find the work, I build it, and I hand it over. There's no account manager, no intake form that passes you to a chatbot, and no team you never meet.

Do we need to be technical?

No. I build it, show your team how to use it in plain English, and hand it over working. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can run what I build.

What happens after handover?

You own the system outright, and there's a 30-day snag window after delivery. After that you can run it yourselves, call me back for the next one, or keep me on with a retainer.

Is our data safe?

Everything is built on your own accounts and stays under your control. Nothing routes through my systems once it's handed over.

What kind of work can be automated?

The boring work you wish you weren't doing so you could spend your time on what's valuable: information re-typed between systems, quotes and invoices put together by hand, inbox sorting and chasing, reports built the same way every week, etc.
